Terms of Use

By checking the box and creating an account on SheVinci ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SheVinci.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. User Conduct

No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or its source code.
No hacking, tampering, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
No scraping, spamming, or using bots to access or interact with the App.
No illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior while using the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, codebase, and AI models are the intellectual property of MySmartTA, Inc. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is prohibited.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features & Medical Disclaimer

SheVinci uses AI to help schedule tasks based on productivity patterns. It does not access or use sensitive health or period data for AI processing. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

7. Beta Disclaimer

SheVinci is currently in an early development (beta) phase. Features may change, data may be lost, and bugs may occur. Use at your own discretion. We do not guarantee performance, uptime, or accuracy during this phase.

8. Data & Sync

Your task data is stored securely in Supabase. Period data is encrypted and either stored locally or synced (if enabled), accessible only by you via your encryption key. We are not responsible for data loss due to deletion, device issues, sync errors, or key misplacement.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and storage. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms and privacy policy.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of SheVinci after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or other inappropriate use.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySmartTA, Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Limitation of Liability

SheVinci is provided "as-is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or personal harm.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
