At SheVinci, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our platform for period tracking and AI-powered scheduling.

1. What We Collect

1.1 Account Information

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Password (securely handled by Supabase Auth)

1.2 Task Data

We collect the tasks you create, including titles, due dates, and completion status. This data is securely stored in our Supabase database.

1.3 Period Tracking Data

We only collect basic period start dates. By default, this data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable sync, your data is stored end-to-end encrypted in the cloud. Only you have access to the decryption key. We cannot read or access your encrypted period data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:
  • Enable period tracking functionality
  • Provide personalized AI scheduling based on your task data only
  • Securely sync your encrypted data (if enabled)
Your period data is never shared with AI or external systems.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Supabase Auth ensures secure login and password handling
  • Task data is securely stored in Supabase
  • Period data is end-to-end encrypted if cloud sync is enabled
  • We never access or decrypt your period data

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may:
  • View and delete your task or account data
  • Choose to keep period data local or enable sync
Export of encrypted data is not yet available.

5. Third-Party Services

We use:
  • Supabase – for authentication and cloud data storage
These services may collect limited metadata (e.g., device or IP address) for basic operations and security. We do not sell or share your personal or health data.

6. Legal Compliance

If required by law, we may disclose necessary information (e.g., in response to a court order). However, your encrypted period data is never accessible to us, even in such cases.

7. Children’s Privacy

SheVinci is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as SheVinci evolves. We’ll notify you of major changes via app notification or email.
